Rules and Regulations
- All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
- Earn entries on September 11 – December 25 (Mondays only) while using your Chukchansi Rewards Card at any table game.
- A total of $27,000 in cash will be awarded throughout the stated promotional dates (9/11-12/25).
- Each Monday night, beginning at 5:15pm, all table games players with an active rating are eligible to participate with the exception of 9/18 & 9/25.
- On Monday, September 18, 2023, the promotion will begin at 4:15pm. The game between the New Orleans Saints vs. the Carolina Panthers and the Cleveland Browns vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers will be the official games from the Monday Night Showdown Giveaway.
- On Monday, September 25, 2023, the promotion will begin at 4:15pm. The game between the Philadelphia Eagles vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Rams vs. the Cincinnati Bengals will be the official games for the Monday Night Showdown Giveaway.
- Rated table games players will receive one (1) entry ticket for each score change. A score change is defined as follows:
- Touchdown
- Field Goal
- Safety
- Two (2) point conversion
- Extra Point Kick
- Players are responsible for depositing their completed entry tickets into the drawing drum, which will be located adjacent to Pit #4.
- Player must be present to win.
- A total of $1,500 in table games chips will be awarded at each game (18 football games total).
- At the end of the first half (end of 2nd quarter), three (3) winners will be selected to receive $250 in table games chips.
- Three (3) winners = $250 in value
- At the end of the game (end of 4th quarter), three (3) winners will be selected to receive $250 in cash via table games chips.
- Three (3) winners: $250 in value
- At the end of the first half (end of 2nd quarter), three (3) winners will be selected to receive $250 in table games chips.
- If there is no score at the end of the first half (end of 2nd quarter), the three (3) $250 prizes allocated for the first half drawings will roll over to the end of the game drawing (end of 4th quarter). At which, six (6) winners will be selected.
- Selected player names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced. Selected players then have three (3) minutes to reach the table games pits and inform a Table Games team member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management and a Chukchansi Rewards Card. If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
- Winners are eligible to win once per drawing time.
- Should a winner have their ticket drawn a second or third time in the same drawing, the extra ticket(s) will be placed back into drawing once drawing is complete. The winning tickets do not go back into drawing drum.
- All illegible, incomplete, and incorrect entries will be disqualified.
- Entries are non-transferable.
- Altered entry tickets will be disqualified.
- Drawing drum will be emptied at the conclusion of each Monday Night Showdown Giveaway and tickets will be discarded.
- All prizes paid in table games chips.
- In the event there is more than one (1) Monday Night Football game, CGRC reserves the right to choose the official game(s) for the Monday Night Showdown Giveaway.
- Table Games is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that all rules and regulations are adhered to during the promotion.
Resort & Casino Policies
- Winning player will be asked to provide:
- (a) A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
- (b) Social Security number
- (c) Physical address
- (d) Chukchansi Rewards Card
- The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form 1099 and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize. Winners subject to photos at the discretion of the Table Games team.
- 1042s forms are filled out by an authorized CGRC team member notating a 30% deduction on the gross amount won. Table Games will escort the winning guest to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out.
- By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- This promotion is subject to change or modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. All decisions are final.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
- Taxes, fees, licenses, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
- The drawings are subject to federal, state, and local taxes, regulations and laws.
- Self- exclusions and persons that have been excluded from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate.
- All Chukchansi Rewards Club points, winnings, awards, and offers are non-transferable.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members, their immediate relatives, and their cohabitants are not eligible to participate and/or win. Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
