WELCOME BACK TO CHUKCHANSI GOLD RESORT & CASINO

The safety of our guests and team members have always been our number one priority. In that spirit, we have intensified our already strict cleaning and disinfecting practices to provide the cleanest, safest experience possible. Your room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, utilizing hospital grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs, bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19. Our team is trained on safety and sanitation protocols. Due to these protocols, many of the amenities you have come to expect at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino have been necessarily removed as a precaution for your health and safety. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us at the front desk and we will make every effort to provide it for you. Please remember facial coverings are required inside the resort & casino and you’ll notice distance signage with hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the property for your use.


HOTEL AMENITIES & SERVICES

While valet service is temporarily unavailable, the hotel’s Bell Service remains open to assist guests in transporting luggage to and from your hotel room, and our room service is available for dine-in delivery to your door. You may locate the menu on TV Channel 3. Self-service ice machines are currently unavailable as is access to Serenity Springs Spa and the hotel fitness center. As our guest, we invite you to take advantage of the resort’s relaxing indoor/outdoor pool. You will notice fewer poolside seating options, appropriately distanced, and cabanas being sanitized after each use. 


GAMING

As you enjoy the gaming floor, you’ll see every other slot machine accessible for play to ensure physical distance between players. Open table games will only seat three players per table. You may be asked to briefly lower your facial covering for age and identification purposes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas and we ask you remove your mask to safely do so. 


RESTAURANTS, BARS & ENTERTAINMENT

Goldfields, Deuces, Vintage, Noodle Bar, and Bakery remain open for your enjoyment with limited menu selections, one-time-use menus, reduced seating to allow for physical distancing and dine-in alcohol service. The California Market Buffet and Nativo’s will remain closed until further notice. Casino bars will be open, serving only non-alcoholic beverages, and will observe distancing protocols. The Acorn Arcade and Firehouse Lounge will remain temporarily closed. The Summer Concert Series has been postponed until 2021. HEALTH & SAFETY

We have taken appropriate action and implemented enhanced health and safety measures – for you, our other guests and team members. Please make sure to follow all posted instructions while visiting our property. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is contagious, and can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
