It’s the $1.1 Million Carnival of Cash Giveaway! Earn entries for Thursday and Friday drawings happening from 8pm, 9pm & 10pm for a weekly share in cash giveaway!

Score your share of over $600,000 in cash and kiosk prizes including a chance to win the top prize of $500,000 at any drawing!

Rules and Regulations

  1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
  2. Earn entries Sept. 2 – Oct. 31 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
  3. Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = 1 Entry.
  4. Every fifty (50) base points earned on table games = 1 Entry.
  5. Players that earn one-thousand (1,000) base points within the same day can swipe up to two (2) times (500 for each swipe) between 10AM to 10PM for a chance to be awarded bonus points, bonus drawing entries, or eCASH.
  6. Entries will automatically be added on the player’s Chukchansi Rewards Club account. Entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum.
  7. Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before each drawing and must have completed a table game rating five minutes prior to each drawing.
  8. The drawing drum will close five (5) minutes prior to each drawing.
  9. Player must be present to win.
  10. Drawings will be held at 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm on Thursdays and Fridays. At each drawing three (3)
    players will be drawn utilizing PKMS for each drawing time, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system, in which CMP “Pick Random Player’s” tool will be utilized instead.
  11. Selected guests names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced. Selected names then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Special Events Team Member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management and a Chukchansi Rewards Card. If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
  12. Players will earn entries beginning September 2 through October 31 by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card. Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = one (1) entry. Every fifty (50) base points earned on Table Games = one (1) entry.
  13. At each drawing time, three (3) names will be drawn to win cash prizes. During the grand finale on Friday, 10/31, prize amounts will increase.
  14. In the order that players were called, each player will play a themed carnival game to determine the order in which each player will play the fortune teller e-game (insured).
  15. The fortune teller e-game will consist of digital fortune teller and crystal ball.
  16. Players will interact with the e-game board and follow the automated prompts a prize amount will be revealed to the player at the conclusion their game session.
  17. Players will win cash prizes based on the prize amount revealed on the screen of the e-game board (insured).
  18. An insured prize of $500,000 may hit at any time during the stated promotional times.
  19. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
  20. Player may win multiple times per drawing night.
  21. Entries will be destroyed after the last drawing date.
  22. Special Events is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that the e-
    game board and its affiliated pieces are properly functioning for each giveaway time.
  23. All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by SCA Gaming, whose decisions are final and binding.
  24. When SCA Entertainment has verified the play for the $500,000 insured prize award, the prize will be paid in equal installment payment over 20 years, without interest.
  25. A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the visual display or prize receipt should indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the random number generator and memory logs of promotion software, and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction.
  26. Current employees, immediate family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
  27. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino and SCA Gaming for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

Resort & Casino Policies

  1. 1) Winning player will be asked to provide
    • A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
    • Social Security number
    • Physical address
    • Chukchansi Rewards Card
  2. The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form 1099 and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize. Winners subject to photos at the discretion of the Special Events team.
  3. 1042s forms are filled out by a Special Events associate notating a 30% deduction on the gross amount won. Special Events will escort the winning guest to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out.
  4. All winners will be photographed at the discretion of the Special Events team.
  5. By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  6. CGRC’s management team will resolve all photography dispute on a case by case bases in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
  7. This promotion is subject to change or modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. All decisions are final.
  8. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
  9. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
  10. Taxes, fees, licenses and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
  11. The drawings are subject to federal, state, and local taxes, regulations and laws.
  12. Any and all winnings, awards, offers, and points issued by CGRC and its entities are non-transferable in any form.
  13. CGRC is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, printing, clerical, typographical, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present, functioning, or for any incorrect, inaccurate, or failed capture of appropriate information.
  14. CGRC is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen or postage
    due to direct mailer offers.
  15. Self- exclusions and persons that have been excluded from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate.
  16. All Chukchansi Rewards Club points, winnings, awards, and offers are non-transferable.
  17. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members are not eligible to participate.
  18. Marketing Team Member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to win.
    • Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
