Rules and Regulations

  1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
  2. Players who earn five hundred (750) base points between each prize hit will have the chance to participate in the (Red, White, & Blue) Power Winners Progress Jackpots promotion from the comfort of their favorite slot machine.
  3. Chukchansi Rewards Card must be properly inserted in the slot machine to qualify.
  4. Base points earned from any other part of the day, outside of the stated promotional days and times (2/19, 5/27, 9/11, & 11/11, 5PM – 9PM), do not count towards qualification.
  5. Players may participate up to four (4) times, once every hour, after every five hundred (750) base point increment has been met.
  6. The Power Winners progressive game will occur randomly every hour.
  7. When the qualifying criteria has been met and the “Pirates Gold” power winner’s progressive game occurs.
    1. The “pick to win” game will automatically appear on the qualifying player’s iView screen.
    2. Players will select one of three (3) treasure chests displayed on their iView screen.
    3. Winners will see their amount won on their screen and losers will see a “lose” message.
  8. Twenty (20) players will win each session and will automatically be awarded eCASH to their Chukchansi Rewards account.
  9. Total eCASH awards per each Power Winners session will be determined by the EBS Random Number Generator.
    1. Actual eCASH award amounts may vary per session.
  10. All eCASH must be used by 4AM.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable.

  1. By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  6. All Chukchansi Rewards Club points, winnings, awards, and offers are non-transferable.
  7. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members are not eligible to participate. Marketing Team Member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to win. Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
