Rules and Regulations

  1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
  2. Earn entries between May 1, 2024 – September 2, 2024 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
  3. Every one thousand (1,000) base points earned on slots and/or table games = 1 Entry.
  4. From 12AM to 11:59PM on Sunday, 6/2/24, 6/9/24, 6/16/24, 6/23/24, 6/30/24, players will earn 2x bonus drawing entries.
  5. From 12AM to 11:59PM on Sunday, 7/7/24, 7/14/24, 7/21/24, 7/28/24, players will earn 3x bonus drawing entries.
  6. From 12AM to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8/4/24, 8/11/24, 8/18/24, 8/25/24, players will earn 4x bonus drawing entries.
  7. From 12AM to 11:59PM on 9/1/24 & 12AM to 7:59PM on 9/2/24, players will earn 5x bonus drawing entries.
  8. Entries will automatically be added on to the player’s Chukchansi Rewards account as the entries are earned.
  9. Player must be present to win.
  10. Player may only win once per drawing night.
  11. Drawing will be held at 8pm on Monday, September 2, 2024
  12. On Monday, September 2, 2024, entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum. Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before the drawing and must have completed a table game rating five minutes prior to each drawing.
  13. The drawing drum will close five (5) minutes prior to the drawing.
  14. Ten (10) names will be drawn utilizing PKMS at the drawing time, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system. The drawing will be delayed, allowing for authorized team members, to the best of their ability, to work to restore the program.
    1. If efforts with PKMS fail, CMP’s “Pick Random Players” tool will be utilized instead.   
  15. On Monday, September 2, 2024, selected players’ names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced.  Selected players then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Marketing team member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management.  If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
  16. In the order that players were called, each player will select an available vault until each has been claimed and stand by their selection.
  17. Once each player has chosen their vault, the host will direct all players to enter the secret code to unlock their vault at the same time.  All vaults will be programed with the same default code (7777).
  18. In the event a player is unable to physically participate in the game played in the promotional area, the player may elect to have a representative of their choosing (excluding CGRC team members) enter the code on the keypad to open the vault and reveal their prize.
  19. One (1) vault will contain the $1 Million grand prize notification. The other nine (9) vaults will contain various cash prize notifications.
  20. All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by CGRC, whose decisions are final and binding.
  21. The verified $1 Million prize winner will choose one (1) of the following payment methods:
  22. The prize will be paid via CGRC company check in equal monthly payments over twenty-six (26) years.  The initial payment will be issued on Monday, September 2, 2024 and the remaining scheduled monthly payments will follow thereafter, without interest.
  24. Entries will be deleted from the PKMS system after the drawing date.
  25. Authorized Marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that the game pieces are properly functioning.
  26. Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for all personal injuries or property damage they may sustain due to their participation in or attendance at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, regardless of whether the injury or damage results from any acts or omissions from Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, their employees and agents (collectively “Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino” and “CGRC”), or those of third parties.

 

Resort & Casino Policies

  1. Winning player will be asked to provide:
    • (a) A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
    • (b) Social Security number
    • (c) Physical address
    • (d) Chukchansi Rewards Card
  2. The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form 1099 and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize. Winners subject to photos at the discretion of the Special Events team.
  3. 1042s forms are filled out by a Special Events associate, notating a 30% deduction on the gross amount won. Special Events will escort the winning player to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out. 
  4. By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  5. This promotion is subject to change or modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. All decisions are final.
  6. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
  7. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
  8. Taxes, fees, licenses, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
  9. The drawings are subject to federal, state, local taxes, regulations, and laws.
  10. Self- exclusions and persons that have been excluded from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate.
  11. All Chukchansi Rewards Club points, winnings, awards, and offers are non-transferable.
  12. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members are not eligible to participate. Marketing team member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to win. Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
