Rules & Regulations
  1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
  2. Earn entries January 2 – February 27 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
  3. Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = 1 Entry.
  4. Every fifty (50) base points earned on table games = 1 Entry.
  5. Players that earn one-thousand (1,000) base points within the same day can swipe up to two (2) times (500 for each swipe) between 10AM to 10PM for a chance to be awarded bonus points, bonus drawing entries, or eCASH.
  6. Entries will automatically be added on the player’s Chukchansi Rewards Club account. Entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum.
  7. Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before each drawing, before the drawing drum closes.
  8. The drawing drum will close five (5) minutes prior to each drawing.
  9. Player must be present to win.
  10. Drawings will be held at 8PM, 9PM, and 10PM Thursdays and Fridays. At each drawing time, four (4) players will be drawn utilizing PKMS, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system, in which CMP “Pick Random Player’s” tool will be utilized instead.
  11. Selected player names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced. Selected names then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Special Events Team Member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management and a Chukchansi Rewards Card. If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
  12. At each drawing time, players will win cash prizes. During the grand finale, on Friday, February 27, the prize amounts will be increased.
  13. In the order players were called, each player will play a memory matching game. Each player will take turns selecting two (2) themed game pieces to reveal prize amount or a “try again later” game piece.
    • If the prize amounts match. The player will be awarded that prize amount and their game will end.
    • If a player selects themed game pieces and the prize amounts do not match or if a “try again later” game piece is revealed. The prize amounts will be covered and the next player will take their turn. This will continue until all prizes are awarded.
  14. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
  15. Players may win multiple times per drawing night.
  16. Entries will be destroyed after the last drawing date.
  17. Authorized marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that the game pieces are properly functioning.
  18. Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for all personal injuries or property damage they may sustain due to their participation in or attendance at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, regardless of whether the injury or damage results from any acts or omissions from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, their employees and agents (collectively “Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino” and “CGRC”), or those of third parties.
Resort & Casino Policies
  1. Winning player will be asked to provide
    • A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
    • Social Security number
    • Physical address
    • Chukchansi Rewards Card
  2. The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize.
  3. All winners will be photographed at the discretion of the Special Events team.
  4. 1042s forms are filled out by an authorized marketing team members notating a 30% deduction on the gross prize amount won. An authorized marketing team member will escort the winning guest to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out.
  5. By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  6. CGRC’s management team will resolve all photography dispute on a case by case bases in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
  7. This promotion is subject to change or modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. All decisions are final.
  8. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
  9. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
  10. Taxes, fees, licenses, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
  11. The drawings are subject to federal, state, local taxes, regulations, and laws.
  12. Any and all winnings, awards, offers, and points issued by CGRC and its entities are non-transferable in any form.
  13. CGRC is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, printing, clerical, typographical, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present, functioning, or for any incorrect, inaccurate, or failed capture of appropriate information.
  14. CGRC is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage due to direct mailer offers.
  15. Self- exclusions and persons who have been excluded from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate.
  16. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members are not eligible to participate.
    • Marketing team member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to participate.
      • Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
