- All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club
- Earn entries on Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays starting September 9 – December 28 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
- Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = 1 Entry.
- Every fifty (50) base points earned on table games = 1 Entry.
- Base points earned from any other part of the week, outside the stated promotional dates and times (12AM – 11:59PM on Sundays, Mondays and Thursday from 9/9 – 12/28), do not count towards qualification for entries.
- Virtual drawings will be held every Monday, from 9/14 – 12/28 between 5PM – 8PM
- Entries will automatically be added on the player’s Chukchansi Rewards Club account. Entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum.
- Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before each drawing, before the drawing drum closes.
- Drawing times will be selected at random by authorized Marketing personnel to coincide with the Monday Night Showdown Watch Party’s designated football game.
- The drawing drum will close prior to each drawing time.
- Players will be drawn utilizing PKMS, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system, in which CMP “Pick Random Player’s” tool will be utilized instead.
- One (1) winner will be selected during each drawing time.
- Selected player name and Chukchansi Rewards Club account number will be announced.
- A total of twelve (12) winners will receive $250 in eCASH on their Chukchansi Rewards account.
- Authorized Marketing personnel will award eCASH directly onto the winning player’s Chukchansi Rewards account.
- Player does not need to report to the Promotional Stage or Firehouse Lounge to win.
- All eCASH must be used by 4AM. Expired eCASH will not be reissued.
- Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
- Players may win multiple times per drawing night.
- Entries will be zeroed out after each month’s final drawing date (9/28, 10/26, 11/30 & 12/28).
- Authorized marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that game pieces are properly functioning.
- Physical drawings will be held every Monday (9/14 – 12/28) from 5PM – 8PM during the designated football game for that night utilizing an acrylic drum.
- Players will earn only one free entry ticket per Monday during the designated football games from September 14 – December 28, by swiping their Rewards Card at the Special Events table located in Firehouse Lounge.
- Additional tickets may be earned by participating in various carnival style games that will be stationed around the firehouse lounge.
- The following games may be used to earn additional tickets, but are not limited to the following:
- Sports Themed Item Toss, Sports Trivia Q & A, CGRC Promotional Trivia Q & A, etc.
- Ticket earning limitations per activity will apply and may be subject to change by management.
- Sports Themed Item Toss, Sports Trivia Q & A, CGRC Promotional Trivia Q & A, etc.
- All tickets are valid only on the day they are earned.
- If an invalid ticket is pulled, it will be discarded and a new winner will be called.
- Drawings will be conducted at random during the designated football game viewing.
- One (1) winner will be selected at each drawing time.
- Players must be present to win
- Winner must announce their presence and be heard by the caller before a new winner is called.
- If no player present has the corresponding ticket number drawn, a new ticket will be drawn until a player is present.
- A total of fifteen (15) winners will win a swag bag with assorted football and tailgate themed items valued up to $200).
- All entries will be destroyed after each Monday Night Showdown Watch Party.
- Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
- Players may win multiple times per drawing night.
- Authorized marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that game pieces are properly functioning.
- CGRC’s management team will resolve all promotional disputes on a case by case bases in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
- Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for all personal injuries or property damage they may sustain due to their participation in or attendance at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, regardless of whether the injury or damage results from any acts or omissions from Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, their employees and agents (collectively “Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino” and “CGRC”), or those of third parties.
- Winning player will be asked to provide:
- A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
- Social Security number
- Physical address
- Chukchansi Rewards Card
- The winning player will sign a Media Release Form and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize.
- 1042s forms are filled out by an authorized marketing team members notating a 30% deduction on the gross prize amount won. An authorized marketing team member will escort the winning player to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out.
- By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- All winners are subject to taking a photo at the discretion of the Special Events team.
- CGRC’s management team will resolve all photography dispute on a case by case bases in a manner that is fair to all concerned
- This promotion is subject to change or modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Chukchansi Gold Resort &Casino. All decisions are final.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at anytime.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
- Taxes, fees, licenses and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
- The drawings are subject to government taxes, regulations and laws.
- Any and all winnings, awards, offers, and points issued by CGRC and its entities are non-transferable in any form.
- CGRC is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, printing, clerical, typographical, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present, functioning, or for any incorrect, inaccurate, or failed capture of appropriate information.
- CGRC is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, orpostage due to direct mailer offers.
- Self- exclusions and persons that have been excluded from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate.
- Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino team members are not eligible to participate.
- Marketing team member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to win.
- Immediate relatives are defined as spouses, children (natural, foster, or adopted), sisters, brothers, parents, (including step, in-law, and grand variations), aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cohabitants are defined as persons who share mutual living accommodations.
- Marketing team member’s immediate relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to win.
