Rules and Regulations

All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
Earn entries March 3 – May 2 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = 1 Entry.
Every fifty (50) base points earned on table games = 1 Entry.
Players that earn one-thousand (1,000) base points within the same day can swipe up to two (2) times (500 for each swipe) between 10AM to 10PM for a chance to be awarded bonus points, bonus drawing entries, or eCASH.
Entries will automatically be added on the player’s Chukchansi Rewards Club account. Entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum.
Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before each drawing, before the drawing drum closes.
The drawing drum will close five (5) minutes prior to each drawing.
Player must be present to win.
Drawings will be held at 8PM, 9PM, and 10PM Thursdays and Fridays. At each drawing time, four (4) players will be drawn utilizing PKMS, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system, in which CMP “Pick Random Player’s” tool will be utilized instead.
Selected player names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced. Selected names then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Special Events Team Member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management and a Chukchansi Rewards Card. If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
At each drawing time, players will win cash prizes. During the grand finale, on Friday, May 2, the prize amounts will be increased and one (1) winner will win a 2025 Ford Mustang at 10PM.
ln the order players were called, players will be designated a 50’s/Hot Rod themed player piece.
Utilizing a magnetic game board, the game will display the three (3) player pieces on the gameboard. The three (3) players will then take turns choosing a themed prop to reveal the number of spaces the player will advance on the game board or if a player will “miss a turn”.
Play continues until a player reaches the finish line.
The remaining players will win a prize based on their progression on the game board. ln the event of a tie, a sudden death pick by the next player will occur. This will continue, until one player advances on the game board first, then that player will be awarded the 2nd place prize, etc.
Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
Players may win multiple times per drawing night. Players may not win multiple times per drawing time.
Entries will be destroyed after the last drawing date.
Authorized marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that the game pieces are properly functioning for each giveaway time.
Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for all personal injuries or property damage they may sustain due to their participation in or attendance at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, regardless of whether the injury or damage results from any acts or omissions from Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, their employees and agents (collectively “Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino” and “CGRC”), or those of third parties.

Resort & Casino Policies

Winning player will be asked to provide:
- A valid government issued photo identification card accepted by management
- Social Security number
- Physical address
- Chukchansi Rewards Card
The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form 1099 and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize. Winners subject to photos at the discretion of the Special Events team.
1042s forms are filled out by an authorized marketing team members notating a 30% deduction on the gross prize amount won. An authorized marketing team member will escort the winning guest to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out.
All winners will be photographed at the discretion of the Special Events team.
By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
CGRC’s management team will resolve all photography dispute on a case by case bases in a manner that is fair to all concerned.

Rules and Regulations

All entrants must be twenty one (21) years of age or older.
Players must have a Chukchansi Rewards Card and a valid ID to participate.
Players are eligible to participate in one free tournament round per day.
Players may earn 2,000 base points on the day of the tournament to participate a second time.
- Players may not participate more than twice per tournament round.
Base points will not be deducted from players’ Rewards Card account.
Registration may begin five (5) minutes prior to tournament round and ends five (5) minutes before the end of the tournament round.
Tournament will be held every Tuesday beginning January 7^th, 2025.
Tournament will accommodate players on a first come, first served basis.
Summit tier Rewards Card holders are allowed to immediately move to the front of the line.
Players must present to a CGRC team member:
1. Chukchansi Gold rewards card
2. A Valid Identification card accepted by management
Tournament will be held on up to twenty (20) slot machines and will consist of two (2) minute sessions.
Tournament slot machines will be set up with the following settings:
1. Time Line and Credit for all Rounds: Two (2) minutes and unlimited credits. All credits will accumulate on the credits paid meter. They have no monetary value and are only used to calculate a player’s score.
2. Auto Bet: The game will automatically wager the maximum allowed before the start of each game. The player is then only required to spin the reels and touch targets on the screen when prompted.
3. Time Clock: Sessions are started once play is initiated on the control center by a team member. A ten (10) second countdown will appear on the players’ screen. Players must press the “Play” button to begin. The machine will stop during tilts, if door opens, and power interruption.
4. End of Session: When the clock reaches zero, the machine will lock up.
In case of a machine malfunction, the player must immediately inform a CGRC team member. Player will be moved to a different machine and will be allowed to replay their two (2) minute session.
Players’ score will be tracked by the TournEvent software.
Session winners will receive a promotional t-shirt.
Top ten (10) scores will be issued cash or eCASH prizes following the end of the tournament round.
Players will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize.
If a winner does not show up to claim their prize, the next highest scores will progress up the prize structure.
In the event of a tie, the guests will be called back to the slot tournament area and complete another two (2) minute session. The guest with the higher score from that session will receive the higher prize.
If a guest claims they are unable to participate due to physical impairment or otherwise, the guest is allowed to substitute a person of their choosing who is at least 21 years old (excludes Chukchansi team members) to participate in their place.
