1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of the Chukchansi Rewards Club.
2. Earn entries July 1 – August 30 by playing slots or table games with your Chukchansi Rewards Card.
3. Every one hundred (100) base points earned on slots = 1 Entry.
4. Every fifty (50) base points earned on table games = 1 Entry.
5. Players that earn one-thousand (1,000) base points within the same day can swipe up to two (2) times (500 for each swipe) between 10AM to 10PM for a chance to be awarded bonus points, bonus drawing entries, Fresno Grizzlies Tickets, or eCASH.
6. Entries will automatically be added on the player’s Chukchansi Rewards Club account. Entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum.
7. Players MUST activate their entries by playing with their Chukchansi Rewards Card properly inserted and accepted into any slot machine or by having a rating on their Chukchansi Rewards Card through table games within two (2) hours before each drawing, before the drawing drum closes.
8. The drawing drum will close five (5) minutes prior to each drawing.
9. Player must be present to win.
10. Drawings will be held at 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm Thursdays and Fridays. At each drawing time, three (3) players will be drawn utilizing PKMS, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system, in which CMP “Pick Random Player’s” tool will be utilized instead.
11. Selected player names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced.  Selected names then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Special Events Team Member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management and a Chukchansi Rewards Card. If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
12. A magnetic game board will feature three (3) safari animals. Each animal will represent a different prize amount and is shuffled prior to each drawing.
13. In the order players were called, players will choose an animal out of a grab bag. Once all players have chosen their animal, the host will reveal the corresponding prize amount.
14. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
15. Players may win multiple times per drawing night.  
16. Entries will be deleted from the PKMS system after the drawing date.
17. Authorized Marketing team members will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the promotion by ensuring that the game pieces are properly functioning.
18. Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for all personal injuries or property damage they may sustain due to their participation in or attendance at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, regardless of whether the injury or damage results from any acts or omissions from Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, their employees and agents (collectively “Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino” and “CGRC”), or those of third parties.

2. The winning player will be asked to sign a Media Release Form 1099 and W-9, or 1042-S, to claim their prize. Winners subject to photos at the discretion of the Special Events team.
3. 1042s forms are filled out by a Special Events associate, notating a 30% deduction on the gross amount won. Special Events will escort the winning player to the cashier’s cage for winnings to be paid out. 
4. By entering this promotion, each entrant grants permission to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to use their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Entries will automatically be added on to the player’s Chukchansi Rewards account as the entries are earned.

12. On Monday, September 2, 2024, entries will NOT automatically go into the virtual drawing drum. 14. Ten (10) names will be drawn utilizing PKMS at the drawing time, unless there is a malfunction with the PKMS system. The drawing will be delayed, allowing for authorized team members, to the best of their ability, to work to restore the program.
    1. If efforts with PKMS fail, CMP’s “Pick Random Players” tool will be utilized instead.   
15. On Monday, September 2, 2024, selected players’ names and Chukchansi Rewards Club account numbers will be announced.  Selected players then have three (3) minutes to reach the promotional stage and inform a Marketing team member of their presence and immediately provide a valid form of identification accepted by management.  If the winner does not claim to be present within the three (3) minutes, another name will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is present.
16. In the order that players were called, each player will select an available vault until each has been claimed and stand by their selection.
17. Once each player has chosen their vault, the host will direct all players to enter the secret code to unlock their vault at the same time.  All vaults will be programed with the same default code (7777).
18. In the event a player is unable to physically participate in the game played in the promotional area, the player may elect to have a representative of their choosing (excluding CGRC team members) enter the code on the keypad to open the vault and reveal their prize.
19. One (1) vault will contain the $1 Million grand prize notification. The other nine (9) vaults will contain various cash prize notifications.
20. All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by CGRC, whose decisions are final and binding.
